One request in, a result you can review

Follow one request from start to finish, for a fictional warehouse business. The screens are from the app, filled with demo data, so you can see exactly what you would review.

From a request to a published procedure

Six steps. Tap any screen to see it full size.

  1. Step 1

    You ask, in plain words

The owner of a fictional warehouse business types one request: “Write up how returns are handled at the dock, and flag anything risky in how we do it today.” They can ask in Slack or inside Ai1.

Where it startsThe procedures the business already has, in one library. Demo data.
  2. Step 2

    The agent drafts the procedure

The SOP Agent writes the returns process as nine numbered steps across three workstations. Each step ends with a check, so anyone can tell when it is really done.

  3. Step 3

    It flags what looks risky

Alongside the draft, it points out a gap: in this example, refunds were released before inspection on 58 returns. The new step holds the refund until the item is graded.

  4. Step 4

    You review it and decide

Nothing is published yet. The draft waits in a review list with preview, reject and approve buttons, next to any other suggested edits.

  5. Step 5

It is saved, with its history

Once you approve, the procedure is saved as a new version. You can see who changed what and when, and restore an older version in one click.

One SOP open on its history tab, listing past versions with the change made, who made it and preview and restore buttons (demo data)

  6. Step 6

The follow-ups land on your task list

Any fixes that come out of the new procedure go to Ai1 Tasks, the one list your staff and your agents work from, so nothing slips.

How we got here: the dated milestones behind Ai1

What setup involves

Two ways to start. Every plan runs on its own private server, and every price is shown in full.

We build it for you

Fully Managed plans. Our team runs Ai1 end to end, and your server scales with you automatically. From $5,000 / month.

  • Week 1. Discovery workshop, environment setup, and integrations configured on your private server.
  • Week 2. Company brain built, Slack workspace and credentials configured, and your starting agents set up and connected.
  • Week 3. Team onboarding and training. Your people learn to interact with and manage AI agents.
  • Week 4. First strategy review. We analyze results, optimize workflows, and plan the next builds.

It's all included in the first month ($10,000 all-in), not a fee on top.

Build it yourself

Developer plans for technical teams who run Ai1 in-house. From $500 / month, with a ~7-day setup. Setup is a genuine one-time fee.

Your private server is provisioned and the platform goes live, and we coach you and give you the support materials so you can do the setup work yourself. Your four training sessions are banked to use whenever you want.

What your team does

  • Join the discovery workshop and show us how the work gets done today.
  • Connect the tools you already use, with your own logins.
  • Approve the drafts that matter. Nothing important goes out without your yes.
  • Pay your AI provider directly. You pay your own AI provider tokens (typically $200–$300/mo). We don't mark up or resell tokens.

Included on every plan

  • Your own private server. Included on every plan. Nothing shared, nothing to set up.
  • No per-seat charges. Flexible team access for businesses of up to ~50 people.
  • Training. Developer plans include up to four training sessions. Fully Managed includes team onboarding and training in week 3.
  • No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

Common questions

Is this a real customer?

No. The screens come from the SOP Intelligence app, filled with demo data for a fictional warehouse business. Names and figures are invented. Your own setup uses your procedures, your tools and your team.

Does anything change without my approval?

No. A procedure changes only after you confirm it, and every version is kept, so you can go back to an older one at any time.

How soon could we see work like this?

On Fully Managed, your starting agents are set up and connected in week 2 of your first month. On a developer plan, setup takes about 7 days, and you do it yourself with our coaching.

What does it cost?

Developer plans start from $500 / month, and Fully Managed from $5,000 / month. Your AI provider is billed separately and paid by you directly, with no markup from us. Every price is shown in full on our pricing page.
