Work product created for clients as part of our services is governed by individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our services use artificial intelligence to generate content, automate workflows, and provide recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before using it in your business operations. MyZone AI is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated recommendations.

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for our services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due upon receipt of invoice and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after providing reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyZone Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results from AI automation may vary based on your business context, data quality, and implementation.

Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
