Founder & CEO
Born in Squamish, BC and a graduate of UBC Sauder School of Business (BCom, Marketing), Mike has spent over 25 years building and bootstrapping technology and marketing startups. He founded MyZone in 2000 as a web development studio and has since evolved the company into a full-service AI solutions provider at the frontier of business intelligence.
He understands what small and medium-sized businesses truly need: clear ROI, fast iteration, and solutions that actually work. Today he architects the Ai1 Framework, a vision for 55+ autonomous AI agents across 7 divisions, and coaches business leaders on adopting AI at scale.
Mike is also a long-standing EO Vancouver member and regularly speaks at EO & YPO conferences on AI, digital transformation, and the future of marketing. He's an ExO practitioner and relentless advocate for human-AI collaboration.

Jeannette is a CTI-certified professional coach (CPCC) specializing in AI leadership and organizational transformation. She bridges the gap between technology and human dynamics, helping leaders and teams navigate the cultural shifts that come with AI adoption.
With deep expertise in change management, culture design, and accountability frameworks, Jeannette ensures that AI initiatives stick, not just technically, but organizationally. She has spent years empowering small businesses to harness exponential growth through her coaching practice at MyZone Mastery.
Her coaching programs combine human insight with exponential tools, including AI strategies, to help leaders lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Whether she's facilitating live workshops, running 1:1 coaching sessions, or designing AI-powered personalized learning paths, Jeannette is focused on unlocking the potential in every person and every team.
As a certified Insights Discovery practitioner and ExO consultant, Jeannette brings a rare combination of behavioral science and exponential thinking to every engagement.
