Brand book
Skill. Writes down the colours, fonts and voice the check measures against.
The brand consistency check is a skill in Ai1, the AI agent platform by MyZone AI. The Designer, the Landing Page Builder and the Blog Writer run it before work reaches you: designs and pages get a brand score, articles are held to your voice rules, and your brand book stays the source of truth.
No off-brand one-offs
Work that drifts from your colours, fonts or voice is caught before it lands in your review.
Older content kept in line
Published articles are spot-checked each month, with fixes proposed for your approval.
Proof with every design
Design jobs close with the evidence behind each check, so you can see what passed.
At a glance
| Checks | Designs, landing pages and articles |
|---|---|
| Against | The colours, fonts and voice rules in your brand book |
| When | Before work reaches you, and monthly for older articles |
| Result | A brand score, with the work held back while a check fails |
| Never | Changes your brand colours, fonts or voice rules |
Work made by several hands drifts. A button turns a slightly different green, a new page borrows a font from somewhere else, an article slips into a tone your business never uses. Each slip is small, but together they make you look like several companies. The check compares each piece with your brand book first, so you only review work that already fits.
How this differs from the Landing Page Builder as a whole: the agent researches, writes and builds the page; this skill is the brand score the page must clear before your review.
How it works
Four steps, before anything lands in your review.

A design, landing page or article is drafted. For designs, an automatic pre-ship check has to pass first.
Your stored colours, fonts and voice rules are the yardstick. The check never changes them.
The work gets a brand score. Nothing moves forward while a check fails; it is fixed and scored again.
Only checked work reaches your review, with the results behind each check. You decide what goes out.
Example brand consistency check
Example with a fictional business. Names and figures are invented to show the kind of output you get.
What it was asked: Check our new spring offers page and this week's blog post against our brand book before we see them.
| Button colour | Off palette. The booking button used a bright lime that is not in the brand book. It went back to the brand's moss green and passed on the second run. |
|---|---|
| Fonts | Matched. Headings and body text on the page use the two typefaces the brand book names. |
| Article voice | Drifted. The post opened like a sales flyer, full of exclamation marks. It was rewritten in the calm, practical voice the brand book sets. |
| Older posts | Two flagged. The monthly spot-check found two older posts still using last year's slogan. Fixes were proposed for approval, not made. |

Common questions
Your brand book: the colours, fonts and voice rules stored for your brand. The brand book stays the source of truth, and only you change it.
It does not move forward. The problem is fixed and the work is checked again before it reaches you.
Yes. The Blog Writer spot-checks older articles once a month for drift from your brand rules and proposes fixes. It asks before changing any published article.
No. The accessibility check tests whether people can read and use the work. This check tests whether it looks and sounds like your brand. Designs and landing pages get both before you see them.
Send us a page or an article and we will show you how it scores against your brand book.
