Designer: From Brand Book to Finished, Accessible Design

Your brand book first, then every screen and post built on it.

The Designer is an AI brand designer in the Ai1 platform by MyZone AI: it builds or refreshes your brand book, then designs screens, images and social assets on it, and checks every final design for accessibility and brand fit before you approve it.

We'll show you the Designer on your own brand. You approve the wireframes and the final design before anything is handed off.

Plans & pricing

  • On brand, every time

Your colours, fonts and style are stored once and every screen is generated from them, so the same brand always gives the same result and off-brand one-offs stop.

  • You approve every stage

Screen work passes two sign-offs, wireframes first and then the finished design. It waits for a clear yes and never treats silence as approval.

  • Checked before you see it

An automatic pre-ship check and a full accessibility review run on every final design before it reaches you, and each job ends with evidence that it passed.

  • Builds on what you have

If you already have a brand, it loads and updates it rather than starting over, so nothing is lost or duplicated.

What the Designer does for you

  • Builds your brand identity

A full brand book: colours, type, voice, logo concepts and rules. It extracts your current brand first.

  • Designs screens and pages

Turns your request into a brief, then wireframes and full mobile and desktop designs in your brand.

  • Creates on-brand images and video

On-brand illustrations, hero images and short clips, made with the most cost-effective tool for each.

  • Packages social and campaign assets

Ready-to-post asset sets, sized for each channel and styled to your brand guidelines.

  • Checks accessibility and brand fit

Each page passes a pre-ship check, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility checks and brand scoring before hand-over.

  • Proves every job with a receipt

Each job ends with a pass, partial, fail or blocked receipt, backed by check results and files.

  • Turns repeat problems into lasting fixes

Ask it to lock in a fix for a repeat mistake. It picks the smallest fix and tracks it until it holds.

  • Hands off cleanly

Exports Figma-ready files for your design team, passes approved designs to Website Builder to publish, or turns them into a brief for development.

How the Designer differs from a template design tool

A template design tool gives you layouts to fill in and leaves brand consistency and accessibility to you. The Designer builds or extracts your brand book first, applies it to every screen, image and social asset, runs WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and brand checks before you see anything, and waits for your yes on the wireframes and the final design.

From your request to a finished result

It runs inside your Ai1 system and works in the tools you already use. You ask, it works, it reports, and it stops for your OK where it matters.

How the Designer works: you ask through the Comms Hub and Ai1 runs the steps: brief it, brand first, wireframe review, design and check and final sign-off. It works with Figma. You approve at: wireframe review, final sign-off. It returns a finished designs.

Step 1: Brief it

Tell it what you need: a new brand, a refresh, some screens or a batch of social assets. It asks a few questions, then writes it up as a structured design brief that the build follows.

Step 2: Brand first

It extracts your brand from your website or builds a brand book with you through a guided intake. It never invents colours or styles without your input.

You approve

Step 3: Wireframe review

For screen work, you review the layout and structure first. Nothing moves to visual design until you approve.

Step 4: Design and check

It generates the screens from your brand kit, then an automatic pre-ship check must pass before the accessibility and brand-consistency checks run.

You approve

Step 5: Final sign-off and hand-off

You approve the finished designs, then they go to Website Builder, your developers or Figma. The job closes with a work receipt showing the evidence that it passed.

Hand these situations to the Designer

Illustrative photo: the founder of a new tea brand asks the Designer for help from their phone.
Illustrative photo. Ask for the brand book in plain words; you approve every stage.
  • You are starting a business with no brand yet
It runs a guided brand intake and builds a brand book that every later job follows.
  • Your brand needs a refresh
It captures your current brand from your site, then updates it and re-checks the work.
  • You need a new page or checkout designed
Wireframes first for your sign-off, then finished designs, checked for accessibility.
  • A sale or campaign needs social posts
It packages on-brand assets for every channel, sized and ready to download and post.
  • You need marketing images or short clips
It generates on-brand visuals and routes each job to the right tool for quality and cost.
  • The same design mistake keeps coming back
It finds the cause, applies the smallest lasting fix and tracks it until it holds.

What you get

  • A brand book: colours, type, voice and logo concepts
  • Wireframes to approve before any visual design starts
  • Finished mobile and desktop designs with all interaction states
  • On-brand illustrations, hero images and short video clips
  • Social and campaign asset packs sized for each channel
  • Accessibility and brand-consistency results for every final design
  • A work receipt for every job, with the evidence behind each check

What it won't do

Example: mini brand kit for a new tea brand

Example with a fictional company. Names, people and figures are invented to show the agent's output. Any resemblance to a real company or person is unintended.

What it was asked: Give me a calm, grown-up starter look for my new tea brand (colours, fonts, logo direction, a tin and a home page sketch, and the rules) that my designer can use from day one.

Example report
Seven colour swatches for a fictional tea brand, from oat paper to deep green and amber, with hex codes and a table showing which text and background pairings pass or fail the readability test.
Colour palette with hex codes and contrast checks
A soft serif headline font and a plain sans-serif body font shown at six sizes, beside a numbered written brief for a small bird logo mark and a rough type study of the brand name.
Type pairing and logo direction
A sketch of a tea tin front with a green band, blend name and brewing facts, next to a sketch of a shop home page with a headline, one amber button and three product cards, with numbered notes.
Two layout sketches: tin front and home page
Two columns of six brand rules each, a green tick list and a red cross list, each with a small visual example such as a readable ink label or a crossed-out stretched logo.
Do and don't rules

What it found: 3 findings, with the numbers

  • Only four of the seven colours are safe for small text. Green text on the rose tin looked right but fails the contrast test (4.25 to 1), so tin small print uses dark ink.
  • Headlines use a soft, bookish serif and everything else a plain sans-serif. Both are free open-licence typefaces, so the launch needs no font licence spend and the site can host them itself.
  • The logo keeps "tea" out of the name and asks for a linnet mark readable at 16 pixels, so it works on a tin lid, a browser tab and later products.

Worked from a short founder brief and buyer profile written for this example, then built the palette, type pairing, logo brief, two layout sketches and rules the way a client kit is built. Every colour pairing was measured with the web accessibility standard's contrast formula and both fonts were checked for a free commercial licence. No trademark search, customer research or printed colour proof was done, and no logo artwork was drawn. Run date: .

It asks before it acts

Every Ai1 agent works under human approval. Here is how the Designer keeps you in control.

  • It never invents your brand. It extracts what you have or asks you.
  • Screen work needs two approvals: wireframes first, then the final design.
  • Nothing reaches your review until the automatic pre-ship check passes.
  • It does not publish or write code. Approved designs go to Website Builder or your developers.
  • Text and logos are never baked into AI images. They are added cleanly at publish time.

Frequently asked questions about the Designer

What is an AI brand designer?

An AI brand designer is an AI agent that builds your visual identity and applies it to your work. The Designer in Ai1 by MyZone AI builds or refreshes your brand book, designs on it and checks every final design for accessibility and brand fit. It never invents your brand.

If you have a website, it extracts your existing brand. If you are starting fresh, it works through a guided intake with you. It asks or extracts, and never guesses colours or fonts.

What is in a brand book?

A brand book sets out how your brand looks and sounds: colours, typography, voice, logo and the rules for using them. The Designer builds one with you, or extracts your current brand from your website, and stores it so every later piece stays on brand.

If you already have a brand, it always loads your current brand first and updates it. It never rebuilds what already exists.

What is the difference between a wireframe and a finished design?

A wireframe sets the layout of a screen, with no brand styling. The finished design applies your brand for mobile and desktop, including hover, focus and error states. You approve the wireframes first, then the finished design; both are required, and nothing moves forward without your explicit sign-off.

The Designer does not publish to your website directly. Once you approve a design, it goes to Website Builder, which handles publishing, or to your developers as a clear brief.

How does the Designer check its own work?

It checks every colour pairing and the finished design against WCAG 2.2 AA, the current accessibility standard. It runs automatically before you see the final design.

Every job ends with a work receipt that marks it pass, partial, fail or blocked, with evidence for each check, such as a result, a count or the delivered file. A job passes only when its checks do, not just because it finished.
