Channel Sync Agent for Slack
Carries the tasks, notices and test rounds it sends to your team, and keeps your Slack channels and agents in step.
The Human-in-the-loop Manager is the agent that keeps human in the loop AI clear in the Ai1 platform by MyZone AI: on request it checks every approval, answer or test your agents need from a person, sends each fix to the agent that owns the ask and reaches your Slack team only when you name who.
We'll show you the Human-in-the-loop Manager on your own agents' asks.
Less time chasing your agents
Everything waiting on you sits in one place, says exactly what is needed and comes with a recommendation, so you can decide and move on.
No surprise messages
Nobody on your team is contacted unless you name them in chat, and the agent never gives an approval on your behalf.
Your team joins when you want
One sentence in chat brings your team into a test or a task through Slack, and what they say comes back to you.
Clearer AI agent oversight
Each agent's status board shows its objective and current progress, and a request for your decision is never buried inside a routine update.
Meet your agent
Lukas keeps the moments where your agents need a person clear, tidy and in one place, and reaches your Slack team when you ask him to. He is organised, polite and never lets a question go stale.

Capabilities
On request, it goes through what each agent is waiting on you for and checks that every ask stands on its own, with the next step, the choices and a recommendation. Gaps are flagged.
It finds asks that show up in two places, have gone out of date or were only made in passing in chat, so there is one place to look.
It checks each agent's status board for a clear objective, up-to-date progress and correct times, and makes sure no decision is hidden in a progress note.
When you name who to reach, it passes the task or notice to them in Slack, through the Channel Sync Agent for Slack. For a test, it shares a build on a testing server, gathers their feedback and sends an improved version back.
It does not rewrite another agent's asks. Each fix goes to the agent responsible, and problems with shared tools go to the agent that looks after them.
You get a short scorecard: what was checked, what was found and which agent is fixing each item.
A shared to-do list collects requests but cannot tell you which ones are unclear, duplicated or out of date. The Human-in-the-loop Manager checks every ask your agents have for you against one standard, flags the gaps and sends each fix to the agent that owns it. It brings your Slack team into tasks and test rounds only when you name who, and every approval stays with you in chat.
How this differs from the Channel Sync Agent for Slack: the Channel Sync Agent for Slack sets up your channels and keeps them in step with your agents, while this agent keeps your agents' asks clear and reaches your team only when you name who.
How it works
It runs inside your Ai1 system and works in the tools you already use. You ask, it works, it reports, and it stops for your OK where it matters.
Ask it to check your agents' asks, point out a problem you have noticed, or tell it which team should test something.
It reviews each agent's open asks and status board against one standard for a clear, useful request.
Every fix it finds is sent to the agent that owns that ask or board, which makes the change itself.
Only when you have named who to contact in chat is the task sent to them in Slack, through the Channel Sync Agent for Slack.
A short scorecard or test result comes back to you in chat, with who is fixing what.
When to use it
Example asks review
Example with a fictional company. Names, people and figures are invented to show the agent's output. Any resemblance to a real company or person is unintended.
What it was asked: Check how my agents are asking me for things, and ask the events team to test the new online quote form.
The Human-in-the-loop Manager checked every open ask on the agents' "Needs from you" cards and every status board against one standard, and sent each fix to the agent that owns it rather than editing it. Because the owner named the events team, it passed the test task to the team's chat workspace through the team-chat agent, grouped the replies, and sent the fixes to the website agent. The live website was not touched, nobody else was messaged, and going live remains the owner's decision in Ai1 chat. Run date: .

Why teams choose Ai1
Trusted by leaders at Plastic Bank, Outback Team Building, RMG Advertising, Keeran Networks, and Titan Training Centre.
No analysis or aggregation of your conversations.
Your data belongs to you, and it is stored on your own server.
Better together
The agents that turn the Human-in-the-loop Manager's output into results: your whole team, working from the same place.
Carries the tasks, notices and test rounds it sends to your team, and keeps your Slack channels and agents in step.
Sets the rules on which approvals must stay in chat and never move to Slack.
Owns the team-wide checks that keep each agent to one clear list of asks, and maintains your agents.
Looks after the shared tool your agents use to show what they need from you, so tooling fixes go there.
Common questions
It means your AI agents pause and ask a person when they need an approval, an answer, a login or a test. In Ai1 by MyZone AI, the Human-in-the-loop Manager keeps those asks clear, current and in one place, so you know what is waiting on you and what to do next.
Approvals for logins, spending, permanent changes and client releases stay with you in chat.
In one place you control. Approvals for logins, spending, permanent changes and releases to clients are given by you in chat, never by the agent and never through Slack. Slack is for team tasks, notices and testing.
You also decide when someone is messaged in Slack. It reaches people only after you name who to reach in chat, for example your operations team, and never on its own judgment or on a schedule.
Keep every request for a decision in one place, written so it stands on its own, and keep each agent's status board current. The Human-in-the-loop Manager checks both when you ask, flags what is unclear, duplicated or stale, and sends each fix to the agent that owns it.
It does not edit other agents' asks itself. The owning agent makes the change, so every agent stays responsible for its own requests.
Yes. The Human-in-the-loop Manager is ready to use, and it works only when you ask it to.
Team tests run on testing servers only, for up to three rounds, and putting anything live is still your call.
