FleetDeck: What Is Running, What Waits on You, What It Cost

What is running, what waits on you, and what each job cost.

The FleetDeck is the AI agent dashboard in the Ai1 platform by MyZone AI: once your Ai1 team installs it, it shows what your agents are running, what is waiting on you and the estimated AI cost of each job, and it only reads, never steering an agent.

We'll show you the FleetDeck on your own agent work.

Plans & pricing

  • Your AI team at a glance

No more asking each agent what it is doing: active work is in one place, sorted so what needs attention comes first.

  • Nothing waits on you unseen

The count and age of the items waiting for you make it obvious when you are the one holding things up.

  • A sense of where cost goes

Estimated AI cost for each job helps you compare pieces of work and judge which ones are worth it.

What the FleetDeck does for you

  • Shows what is running

Every active job appears with its helper tasks grouped underneath, sorted so the work that needs attention sits at the top.

  • Sorts work into clear states

Each job is placed in one of six states: your move, blocked, running, done, parked or idle.

  • Counts what is waiting on you

It shows how many items need you and how long the oldest has waited, with a link to the place where you answer them.

  • Estimates the cost of each job

You see an estimated AI cost per job or group of jobs, always labelled as an estimate at list price, never an invoice.

  • Flags stuck work

Blocked and stalled work is shown with the Conductor's own verdict, word for word, so the dashboard never second-guesses it.

  • Answers in chat too

Ask the agent what is running, what is waiting or what a job cost, and it answers from the same facts as the dashboard.

How the FleetDeck differs from asking each agent

Asking each agent what it is doing takes time and still misses what is waiting on you. FleetDeck puts every running job in one live view, sorted so what needs attention comes first, counts the items waiting on you and estimates the AI cost of each job. It only reads: it never stops, restarts or steers an agent, and it never answers your approvals for you.

How this differs from the Conductor: the Conductor decides whether work is stalled and handles recovery, while FleetDeck only reads and shows its verdict word for word.

From your request to a finished result

It runs inside your Ai1 system and works in the tools you already use. You ask, it works, it reports, and it stops for your OK where it matters.

How the FleetDeck works: you ask through the Comms Hub and Ai1 runs the steps: collect, sort, show and point, never act. It returns a running jobs list.

Step 1: Collect

When someone opens the view, it gathers fresh facts about running work. When nobody is looking, it does nothing.

Step 2: Sort

Each job is placed in your move, blocked, running, done, parked or idle.

Step 3: Show

The dashboard displays the result, and the agent answers the same questions in chat.

Step 4: Point, never act

Waiting items link to where you answer them, and stuck work is left to the Conductor.

Illustrative photo. Ask what the agents are running right now and whether anything is waiting on you.
  • You want to know what your agents are doing right now
It lists every active job with its status, sorted by what needs attention, helper tasks grouped under each one.
  • You suspect you are holding things up
It counts the items waiting on you, shows how long the oldest has waited and links you to answer them.
  • You wonder what last night's website update cost
It gives the estimated AI cost of that job and its helper tasks, labelled as a list-price estimate.
  • A job looks stuck
It shows the Conductor's verdict on that work, so you can see where it stands without anything being restarted.

What you get

  • A live list of running jobs, sorted by what needs attention
  • A count of items waiting on you, with the age of the oldest
  • Estimated AI cost for each job or group of jobs, labelled as an estimate
  • The same answers in chat on request

What it won't do

  • Show or answer the items that need youHandled by: Human-in-the-loop Manager
  • Coach you on handing more work to your agentsHandled by: Your Ai1 team
  • Create or change tasksHandled by: Your team, in your task system
  • Change scheduled jobsHandled by: The agent that owns scheduled jobs

Example: Fleet view of your agents

Example with a fictional company. Names, people and figures are invented to show the agent's output. Any resemblance to a real company or person is unintended.

What it was asked: Show me what my agents are running right now, what is waiting on me, and what last night's website update cost.

Example report
Fleet list of ten jobs sorted into your move, blocked, running, done, parked and idle, with helper tasks grouped under each job and an estimated cost per job.
Running now, attention first
Count of three items waiting on the owner, the oldest at 19 hours, with a link to where they are answered and the jobs each one holds up.
Waiting on you
Estimated list-price cost of a website update split across three helper tasks, beside this week's estimated cost by job.
What it cost
A blocked bookkeeping job shown with the Conductor's verdict word for word, a passed daily self-test and the list of things the agent will not do.
Stuck work and boundaries

What it found: 3 findings, with the numbers

  • Three items were waiting on the owner, the oldest for 19 hours, and they were holding up three of the ten jobs, including the autumn timetable update on the website.
  • Last night's website update cost an estimated US$3.84 at list price across three helper tasks; building the page was about half of it.
  • One job was blocked: the Conductor's verdict said a card-sales export had not arrived. FleetDeck reported it word for word and restarted nothing, approved nothing and changed nothing.

This is an illustrative FleetDeck view built from invented jobs, times and costs, not a reading of a real client server. It follows the current guide: collect, sort into your move, blocked, running, done, parked and idle, show, and point rather than act. Costs are list-price estimates, not invoices; the waiting items are counted and linked but not shown or answered. Run date: .

It asks before it acts

Every Ai1 agent works under human approval. Here is how the FleetDeck keeps you in control.

  • It only reads. It never stops, restarts or steers an agent.
  • It never shows or answers your pending approvals; it links you to the place where you answer them.
  • Costs are estimates at list price, clearly labelled, and are never presented as invoices.
  • Only top-level admins can open the dashboard, and that rule is never loosened.

Frequently asked questions about the FleetDeck

How can a business see the AI cost per job its agents run?

Group each job with its helper tasks and estimate what the AI work cost at list price. In Ai1 by MyZone AI, FleetDeck shows that estimate for each job or group of jobs, so you can compare pieces of work.

The figure is not a real bill. Each one is an estimate at list price, always labelled as an estimate and never as an invoice.

What should an agent status view show at a glance?

Every active job, sorted so what needs attention comes first, each in one clear state: your move, blocked, running, done, parked or idle. FleetDeck groups helper tasks under the job they belong to and shows stuck work with the Conductor's own verdict, word for word.

In short, the dashboard shows what is running right now, what is waiting on you and the estimated AI cost of each job. It is read-only: it cannot stop or restart an agent, and stalled work is handled by the Conductor.

How do I know when AI agent work is waiting on me?

Look at the count and the age of the oldest item. FleetDeck shows how many items need you and how long the oldest has waited, then links you to the place where you answer them.

You cannot approve or answer items from FleetDeck itself. It never shows or answers the questions.

Is the FleetDeck dashboard ready for clients, and does it slow things down?

Yes. Your Ai1 team sets up the dashboard on your Ai1 server.

Keeping it open uses no AI: the dashboard runs on plain software, does nothing when nobody is viewing and keeps its checks light when someone is.

About Ai1

Do I get just the FleetDeck, or the whole platform?

The whole platform. The FleetDeck is not sold on its own: every Ai1 agent, including this one, is included on Developer Pro and every Fully Managed option, with no per-agent charge. Developer Core includes the development agents. Compare plans

Two paths, one platform. Build it yourself on a developer plan, or let our team run your AI operations for you. Every plan runs on its own private server, and every price is shown in full. See Ai1 pricing
