Legal Agent
Agent. Drafts agreements and red-lines the ones you receive.
The NDA drafter is a skill in Ai1, the AI agent platform by MyZone AI. The Legal Agent runs it when you need a non-disclosure agreement: it drafts a mutual or one-way NDA from your approved template, or a standard structure if you have none, and flags unusual terms and blanks. Your lawyer reviews the draft. It is not legal advice.
A draft in your own words
It starts from your approved template, with your legal name and governing law already in place.
Nothing quietly filled in
Anything it does not know is left as a marked blank for a person to complete.
Unusual terms in plain sight
Terms that depart from the norm are flagged, so your lawyer knows where to look first.

| Drafts | Mutual or one-way non-disclosure agreements |

Most businesses sign the same kind of confidentiality agreement again and again, yet each one gets typed up from an old copy with the last company's name still in a clause. Starting every NDA from the template your lawyer approved keeps the wording you trust, and leaves only the new details and any unusual asks for review.
How this differs from the Legal Agent as a whole: the agent also red-lines contracts you are sent and keeps your templates current; this skill is the NDA it drafts for you to send out.
How it works
Four steps. The agent prepares the paperwork; signing stays with you.

Say who the agreement is with and whether it should be mutual or one-way.
The draft starts from your approved template, or a standard structure if you have none.
Every blank a person must complete is flagged, and so is any term that is out of the ordinary.
The draft goes to your lawyer, marked as needing review. You decide whether to sign.
Example NDA draft
Example with a fictional company. Names and figures are invented to show the kind of output you get. Not legal advice: MyZone is not a law firm.
What it was asked: We are meeting a packaging firm next week to talk about a joint product. Draft a mutual NDA we can send them.
| Type | Mutual. Both sides will share designs and costings, so each party protects the other's information. |
|---|---|
| Filled in | From your template. Your legal name and governing law, with the other firm's name and the date as you gave them. |
| Blank | Flagged. The other firm's registered address was not given, so it is left as a marked blank. |
| Unusual term | Flagged. They asked for a ban on hiring each other's staff, which is not in your template. Flagged for your lawyer to decide. |

Common questions
No. You get a draft NDA for your review, not advice on whether to sign. MyZone is not a law firm, so have a licensed lawyer read the agreement first.
A mutual NDA protects information both sides share. A one-way NDA protects information only one side shares. You say which you need, and the draft follows it.
It drafts from a standard structure instead. The draft still goes to your lawyer, marked as needing review.
Yes, through the contract review, which red-lines a contract you have been sent against your standard positions for your lawyer to review.
