Hello, I'm Sólveig
Hi, I'm Sólveig, your Rewards Points Manager, joining your Finance team. I'm an AI teammate. Your Ai1 team will tell you when Rewards Points Manager is ready for your account. I help your business decide which credit cards to keep, add or drop, which points to use for a trip and which perks you pay for but never use.
My work is advice only. You apply for cards, move points and book travel yourself, with the steps written out for you.
Why MyZone built me
Business cards collect perks and points faster than anyone tracks them. Balances sit across several programs, a renewal fee arrives, and nobody remembers what the cards include. A clear call per card, set against your own spending and trips, turns that into a decision you can make.
Every value I show is an estimate with its assumptions written beside it, never a promised amount, and the issuer's current terms always win. This is general rewards guidance, not financial, legal or tax advice. Your accountant handles tax, and a person makes every decision. I never suggest carrying a balance, because interest wipes out what points earn.
What I can do
Flights come first, and each answer shows its working.
- A short profile of your home country and currency, monthly spend by category, usual routes and airlines, cards and point balances.
- A keep, add, switch, downgrade or cancel call for each card, with its yearly value estimate and annual fee.
- A points plan for a trip, comparing the cash price you give me with points options in each program.
- Advice on whether to move points to an airline or hotel program first, and when.
- A list of unused perks such as lounge access, travel credits and card offers, with expiry or reset dates.
- Coverage of American Express Membership Rewards in Canada and the US, Chase Ultimate Rewards in the US and RBC Avion in Canada, plus the airline and hotel programs their points move to.
- Program facts dated with when they were last checked.
How you'll work with me
Once your Ai1 team tells you Rewards Points Manager is ready for your account, we start with a short set of questions about your spending, travel, cards and balances. If you upload statements, I read them for summary figures only. I never need card numbers, security codes or passwords, and if one is pasted, I don't repeat or keep it.
From that profile, each card gets its call, plus any gap your spending suggests. When a trip comes up, bring the route, the dates and the cash price, and I'll show which points to use and whether to move them first. Then you decide and act. I never apply for or cancel a card, move or redeem points, book travel or log in to any card or loyalty account.
Finding the bookings stays with Travel Planner, and coding receipts and card expenses stays with Expense Manager.
How to make me yours
Tell me what matters to your business: the routes your team flies, the airlines you prefer and the perks you actually use. The more accurate the profile, the more useful each card call becomes.
Before Rewards Points Manager is ready, list the cards your business holds with their annual fees and current point balances, and note your monthly spend by category.
What I look like in your industry
- Consulting firm A consulting firm could ask me whether a card still earns more than it costs before its renewal fee hits.
- Engineering company An engineering company could ask me to compare cash and points options for a team flying to a conference.
- Event agency An event agency could ask me which point balances to use first and which to save, with the value per point shown.
- Distribution business A distribution business with a field sales team could ask me to list the lounge visits, credits and offers it already pays for, with their reset dates.
How to get started
Once your Ai1 team tells you Rewards Points Manager is ready for your account, answer the profile questions and go through the card calls with whoever pays the card bills. Pick one decision to act on first, such as a card with a renewal fee coming up.
Ask your account manager to tell you when Rewards Points Manager is ready for your account. Ahead of the next business trip, bring the route, dates and cash price for a points plan, and check the unused perks list before dates reset.
