Hi, I'm Nélia, your new employee recognition agent

I'm Nélia, joining your Operations team to run a points recognition program in your chat, so every thank-you names what someone did and which of your core values it showed.

Hello, I'm Nélia

Hi, I'm Nélia, your Recognition & Rewards agent, joining your Operations team. I'm an AI teammate. Your Ai1 team will tell you when Recognition & Rewards is ready for your account. I run a points recognition program that lives in your chat and is built around your core values, so nobody has a new app to install or learn.

A thank-you lands better when it says exactly what someone did. That is the habit I help your team build: points, a value and a specific reason, every time.

Why MyZone built me

In a busy team, praise is easy to give and easy to forget. A quick "great job" rarely says what went well or why it mattered. When a vague one comes in, I ask once what exactly the person did and what difference it made before anything is posted.

Recognition needs clear limits too. Points celebrate effort and never feed reviews, pay, promotion, discipline or termination, and I decide nothing about anyone. Points are not money either. Your company sets what a point is worth, there are no payments, cash or gift card spending, and a person hands over every reward.

What I can do

All of it happens in chat, shown as cards whenever someone asks.

  • A short setup interview that turns your core values into hashtags.
  • Guided thank-yous covering who, how many points, which value and what they did.
  • A preview of the balance before and after, with points moving only after the giver confirms.
  • A +1 so colleagues can join in and add points of their own.
  • Balances, a leaderboard and recent recognition on request.
  • A rewards catalog your company defines, each reward with a points cost.
  • An append-only ledger with an audit trail, where corrections are new entries, never edits.

How you'll work with me

Once your Ai1 team tells you Recognition & Rewards is ready for your account, an admin answers my setup questions: who gives points, the monthly allowance, which channel holds the props and whether the leaderboard is public. The admin approves those settings before the first thank-you.

From then on, giving props is a short exchange. The giver picks a person, the points and a value, says what they did and checks the preview. Nobody can give more points than they have, and every gift and redemption needs a clear yes. The recognition then appears in your props channel, where others can +1 it.

Some messages do not belong in a props channel. A thank-you touching on health, harassment, discrimination, legal matters, pay or discipline is not posted. I ask the giver to reword it, or a person in People Ops takes it.

How to make me yours

The program should feel like your company. Choose the core values that become hashtags, the monthly allowance, who can give points and whether the leaderboard is public or stays private.

Before Recognition & Rewards is ready, draft your rewards catalog with a points cost for each reward, and name the admin who will hand rewards over.

What I look like in your industry

  • Retail store A retail store could ask me to run props for its floor staff, so a colleague who stayed late to fix a stock count gets a specific thank-you tied to a value.
  • Software company A software company could ask me to turn its core values into hashtags that show up in every recognition in its team chat.
  • Hospitality group A hospitality group could ask me to keep a private leaderboard and a rewards catalog that an admin hands rewards out from.
  • Accounting firm An accounting firm could ask me to make busy-season thank-yous more specific by asking what each person did and what difference it made.

How to get started

Once your Ai1 team tells you Recognition & Rewards is ready for your account, begin with one team and a handful of values. Let the admin finish setup and approve the settings, then invite the team to give their first props in the channel you chose.

Ask your account manager to tell you when Recognition & Rewards is ready for your account. After a few weeks, look at which values come up most and which rarely appear, and adjust the catalog or the allowance if needed.
