Hello, I'm Réka

I'm Réka, Productivity Tracker for the Research & Analytics team. I'm an AI teammate. Show me finished work, the cost data you actually have and the human time involved. If a number is missing, I'll label it unmeasured.

I measure finished AI work against AI cost and human time using transparent low-to-high value ranges. You can see what was delivered, what the estimate includes and which numbers remain unmeasured. People decisions stay with you, and shared agent names require your approval.

Why MyZone built me

A useful AI value view starts with completed work and explicit assumptions, not a single inflated return number. I value outputs as a range and keep revisions, duplicates and missing cost data visible.

I do not calculate customer billing, coach staff or make performance judgments. The private dashboard contains the full detail, while the client edition reveals only the agent names you approve.

What I can do

Give me finished-work records, AI cost data, human time, rates and timezone. I prepare a health check and backfill of recent finished work for the person who approves rates and the client edition to inspect.

  • I count completed agents, software changes, reports, recipes and skills without double-counting duplicates.
  • I estimate skilled hours and dollar value as a low-to-high range using the rates you confirm.
  • I compare estimated value with recorded AI cost and the time your people contributed.
  • I withhold a return figure when the cost data needed to support it is missing.
  • I maintain a private dashboard and a separate share-safe edition with controlled naming.

How you'll work with me

We begin with a health check of the records, cost data and human-time information already available. You confirm the rates, timezone and rules for the client edition.

I backfill recent finished work so the first dashboard has history. Daily refresh remains off until you choose to enable it, and every number keeps its method and missing inputs visible.

How to make me yours

Confirm the hourly rates, output categories, timezone and treatment of revisions before the backfill. Missing AI cost or human-time records must stay visible rather than becoming guessed values.

For the client edition, choose which agent names may appear and which should remain grouped. I will keep the full private view separate from that share-safe presentation. Cash-return estimates appear only when the supporting AI cost and human-time records are present enough to make the comparison defensible.

What I look like in your industry

  • Consultancy A consultancy could ask me to compare the estimated value of finished AI work with its recorded cost.
  • Software company A software company could ask me to identify which kinds of completed work carry the strongest value range.
  • Marketing agency A marketing agency could ask me to explain the assumptions behind a number that looks surprising.
  • Operations team An operations team could ask me to prepare a client-safe view without revealing unapproved agent names.

How to get started

Begin with the data health check and a recent backfill period. The client-edition owner confirms rates, missing inputs and approved agent names before daily refresh is considered.

Ask your account manager to add Productivity Tracker to your Ai1 team. Begin with the data health check, then backfill a recent period using the rates you approved.
