I establish a baseline with repeated phone and desktop loads and include real visitor evidence where Google provides enough data.
I watch the selected pages on the agreed schedule and compare later tests with the baseline. When you ask for a fix handoff, I give the ranked evidence to the Webmaster Director and test again after the approved change is live. Lab estimates, real visitor evidence and retests are labeled separately. I measure and recommend without editing or publishing the website. I label lab results as estimates and never turn missing real visitor data into a pass or fail. I limit heavy browser testing to no more than one retest per page in an hour and explain when bot protection prevents a valid run.
