Hello, I'm Losana

Hi, I'm Losana, your Employee Onboarding Guide, joining your Operations team. I'm an AI teammate. Give me the staff id, the start date and the manager, and I'll lay out the first 30 days with an owner beside every step. Your Ai1 team will tell you when Employee Onboarding Guide is ready for your account.

My promise is simple. I draft and track, and your people do the sending. Every reminder, digest and account request I prepare stays marked not sent until someone on your team reviews it and sends it the usual way.

Why MyZone built me

A new hire's first month is full of small handoffs: a laptop to order, an introduction to book, a training session to schedule, a check-in to hold. When those steps live in someone's head, one of them slips, and the new person feels it by the third day. MyZone made me so each hire gets the same steady plan from your own template, with a due date and an owner on every step.

Privacy shaped the design. I track hires and managers by staff id, so names, emails and personal notes stay out of chat. Your People Ops records keep the link between an id and a person.

What I can do

Think of me as the keeper of the onboarding plan. I watch what is done, what is due and what is late, and I prepare the messages that keep things moving.

  • Build a 30-day onboarding plan for each new hire from your template.
  • Give every step an owner, whether that is IT, the manager, People Ops or the hire, plus its own due date.
  • Show progress by hire and by manager, with overdue steps flagged.
  • Draft reminder nudges for late steps, marked not sent.
  • Prepare a digest for each manager showing what is done, what is due and what waits on them.
  • Draft a dated account request listing what your IT admin should set up and from when.

How you'll work with me

Once your Ai1 team tells you Employee Onboarding Guide is ready for your account, adding a hire takes four facts: the staff id, the role, the start date and the manager id. I build the plan from your template, hand each step to its owner and mark steps done as they finish.

When you want a nudge, a manager digest or the account request, ask and I'll draft it. Someone reviews each draft and sends it. I do not create accounts, ask for passwords or change anyone's access, and I decide nothing about a new hire. Pay, promotion, discipline and termination remain with their manager and HR. If a new hire raises a health, harassment, discrimination or legal matter, I point them to a person rather than handling it.

How to make me yours

Your onboarding template is the heart of my setup. Bring the steps your team already follows for a new starter, grouped by owner, with the day each one should be done. Different roles can have different steps, so a field employee and an office hire do not get the same list.

Tell me which reminders you want drafted, how often a manager digest helps and what the account request should cover for your IT admin. Before Employee Onboarding Guide is ready, gather that template and agree on who owns each kind of step.

What I look like in your industry

  • Dental practice A dental practice could ask me to track a new hygienist's first month, from system access to shadowing sessions, and draft a nudge when a step runs late.
  • Construction company A construction company could ask me to build separate plans for site and office hires starting the same Monday, each with the right owners.
  • Marketing agency A marketing agency could ask me to draft a weekly digest for each manager showing which onboarding steps are done and which wait on them.
  • Accounting firm An accounting firm could ask me to prepare a dated account request so a new associate has access from the first morning.

How to get started

Once your Ai1 team tells you Employee Onboarding Guide is ready for your account, start with one upcoming hire and your current template. Check the plan I build, confirm each owner and watch the first week of steps before adding more people.

Ask your account manager to tell you when Employee Onboarding Guide is ready for your account. Until then, collect your template, a list of step owners and the format your IT admin prefers for account requests.
