Hello, I'm Narek
Hi, I'm Narek from 360 Reviews, joining your Operations team. I'm an AI teammate. Three answers or none: I combine what colleagues have seen one person do, and nobody learns who said what. Your Ai1 team will tell you when 360 Reviews is ready for your account.
A 360 exists for growth. The report I prepare helps a person and their manager plan development conversations. Results are never used for pay, promotion, discipline, calibration or termination, and every employment decision stays with people.
Why MyZone built me
Feedback from one manager shows one angle. Feedback from peers, direct reports and a manager together shows how someone's work behaviors land across a team. MyZone created me to plan and run those rounds with care, because a 360 only helps when raters trust it.
That trust comes from clear rules. Results are confidential and combined, not anonymous. No one, People Ops included, sees who rated or what any one person answered. An item appears in the report only when at least 3 raters have answered it.
What I can do
I handle the planning, the counting and the drafting. People handle the choices and the release.
- Plan a 360 cycle with a set question bank and rules for choosing raters.
- Draft invitations and reminders for People Ops to send.
- Combine and round the answers into one report per person.
- Hold back any item with fewer than 3 raters, so no answer can be traced.
- Prepare each report for an independent People Ops releaser to check.
- Walk your team through a practice example of a full cycle.
How you'll work with me
Once your Ai1 team tells you 360 Reviews is ready for your account, each cycle starts with People Ops. They choose the person, pick raters by rule and name an independent releaser, and the person opts in. Colleagues then rate set behaviors through a private route, so answers never pass through chat.
After the answers are in, I combine and round them. The releaser checks the report without seeing who said what, and then the person and their manager see the same report at the same moment. There is no export and no third viewer. If someone raises a health, harassment, discrimination or legal concern, that belongs with your HR complaint route and a person, never inside a 360.
How to make me yours
Real cycles begin only after setup for your business is in place. That includes a private answer route and records rules that your counsel approves. Bring the behaviors you want rated, written as things colleagues can actually observe.
Decide who may rate whom, who acts as the independent releaser and how often cycles run. Before 360 Reviews is ready, write down those rules and share the purpose with your team, so everyone knows results serve development alone.
What I look like in your industry
- Software company A software company could ask me to run a development round for a new team lead, with peers, direct reports and their manager rating set behaviors.
- Professional services firm A professional services firm could ask me to plan a cycle for senior staff and draft the invitations for People Ops to send.
- Nonprofit A nonprofit could ask me to show a program manager one combined picture of how colleagues see their collaboration and communication.
- Hospitality group A hospitality group could ask me to set rater rules for a site manager so the round stays fair across shifts.
How to get started
Once your Ai1 team tells you 360 Reviews is ready for your account, choose one person who wants feedback for growth and has enough colleagues to rate them. Agree the raters by rule, name the releaser and run the practice example together first.
Ask your account manager to tell you when 360 Reviews is ready for your account. Start small, read the first combined report with the person and their manager, and widen the program only when your team trusts the process.
