Sales Call Coach
Agent. Coaches reps live and reports on every recorded call.
The sales call score is a skill in Ai1, the AI agent platform by MyZone AI. The Sales Call Coach runs it on each recorded call, working from the full transcript: every call skill your team set is scored with a reason, the weighted total is compared with your target, and calls a manager should see are flagged.
A fair measure for every rep
Each call is judged on the same call skills and weights.
Coaching that builds
Advice draws on the rep's earlier calls, so it moves forward instead of repeating.
Managers know where to step in
Flags point to the calls that need attention, without listening to every recording.
At a glance
| Reads | The full transcript of a recorded sales call |
|---|---|
| Scores | Each call skill your team sets, with a short reason |
| Compared with | Your team's weights and target score |
| Coaching | One strength and two things to try, each with a line to say |
| Flags | A low three-call average or a sharp drop, for a manager |
| New reps | Their first three call reports stay private to them |
| Never | Invents a score or contacts your customers |
Listening back to recordings takes hours, so most calls never get reviewed. Scoring every call against the same skills and weights gives each rep a fair measure, shows what to practise next and tells a manager which calls need attention.
How this differs from the Sales Call Coach as a whole: the agent also coaches reps live during calls and writes the call report; this skill is the score and the coaching each recorded call gets.
How it works
Five steps. It reports and coaches, and people decide.

A recorded call is posted to a lead channel or uploaded, and the full transcript is read.
Every call skill gets a score and a short reason, then a weighted total is set against your target.
The rep gets one strength and two things to try, drawn from this call and the ones before it.
A rep whose recent scores fall below the team floor, or drop sharply, is flagged.
The manager looks at flagged calls and chooses the next step. Reps see their own reports.
Example call score
Example with a fictional company. Names and figures are invented to show the kind of output you get.
What it was asked: Score yesterday's recorded discovery call with a new office client, and give the rep something to work on before Friday.
| Overall | 74 against a target of 70. Four call skills scored, each with a one-line reason. |
|---|---|
| Weakest skill | Next step, 55. The call ended without a date for the site visit. |
| Coaching | One strength, two things to try, each with a line the Kestrelby Commercial Cleaning rep can use, built on her last five calls. |
| Who sees it | Private to the rep. It is her second call, so the report stays with her while she settles in. |

Common questions
The call skills, weights and target your team sets. Each skill gets a score and a short reason, and the weighted total is compared with your target.
Every call is scored the same way. A rep's first three call reports stay private to that rep while they settle in, and managers see the team's reports after that.
It never makes up a number. The report describes the call and says plainly that scoring was unavailable.
No. It scores and coaches only. Reply drafts come from Sales Reply, and a person sends them.
Bring a recorded sales call and we will show you the score and the coaching your rep would get.
