Why is the Fully Managed first month so different from the developer setup fees?
Because of who does the work. Developer setup ($2,500 Core, $3,500 Pro): we set up your private server, switch on the platform, install your agents, and give you your one-to-one training (1 session on Core, 2 on Pro) plus our guides. Your team then builds the company brain, connects your software, sets up Slack and credentials, and deploys your agents. Fully Managed first month ($10,000 all-in): our team does that work for you. That's a discovery workshop, server and integrations, your company brain, Slack workspace, and your first agents deployed and connected. Your team only connects its own accounts and passwords, with our guidance. It also covers onboarding for your people, 2 one-to-one sessions and your first strategy review. It's your first month's fee, not a charge on top. From month two you pay $5,000.
How many agents can I get?
On Fully Managed there's no limit, and you choose how fast to grow. Almost every agent you'll need is already pre-built in our library, so we deploy them in bulk, teach your team to train them, and support you from there. Custom agents are rarely needed. Once deployed, agents need training: think of them as smart new employees who just joined. They take a little time to learn how you and your team work, and they improve themselves as they go.
What are Agent Vitamins?
Brain food for your agents. At each field's own pace, monthly for most agents, we research what changed in each specialist agent's trade, using public, dated sources, and a second AI checks every update. New vitamins are delivered to your agents weekly by MyZone as a compact, cited pack, checked before it loads, so they stay current without spending their own tokens on research. Included on Developer Pro, Fully Managed and Enterprise.
What's my part on Fully Managed?
Use your agents and let your team train them: answer their questions, correct their drafts and use them a lot. Every conversation teaches them. We teach your team to make their own small upgrades, and we oversee everything, including agents your team builds, so it stays efficient and secure.
What do I do myself on a developer plan?
After setup, your team builds and customises your agents, installs upgrades, runs the self-improvement and token-saving agents, and keeps your server healthy. Live group training and recordings help your team build those skills.
What is the Build Team?
31 agents that give you everything a professional build team needs to run a fully autonomous software development shop: planning, design, building, testing, security and release. It's included on Developer Core (
see the Build Team agents). Developer Pro and above add the full Ai1 library of agents and skills.
What is the team readiness assessment?
A
survey and scoring tool that shows how ready your team is to work with AI. Developer Pro teams run it themselves. On Fully Managed, your strategist runs it with you every quarter and helps you turn the results into your plan.
Can you still build custom software?
Yes. We quote custom software project by project, on any plan, and it's included on Enterprise. Many clients find that once their operations run on agents, they no longer need the software they had planned. So we usually recommend automating your operations with agents first, then building only the software you still need.
Developer plans or Fully Managed?
Developer plans give you our agents, upgrades and tools, and your team does the building and upkeep. Fully Managed means our team deploys your agents and oversees your whole fleet, so your team can focus on training and using them.
Developer Core vs. Developer Pro?
Developer Core gives you the Build Team, 31 agents for building your own, on a Standard server you can upgrade any time, with 1 one-to-one training session. Developer Pro adds the full Ai1 library of agents and skills, central upgrades across the whole library, all portal apps, jobs and recipes, and a team readiness assessment licence for up to 25 staff, with 2 one-to-one training sessions and the Performance server included.
Which server size do I need?
Most teams starting on Developer Core are well served by Standard. If you're running many agents or heavy daily automation, Plus or Performance gives you more room. Developer Pro includes Performance. Not sure? Start where you are. You can change servers any time and we'll help you choose.
What's the difference between a VPS and a dedicated server?
A virtual private server (Standard, Plus, Performance) is your own isolated server with reserved resources on shared hardware. A dedicated server (Dedicated, Dedicated Max) is a physical machine reserved entirely for you, built for sustained heavy workloads.
How is my server sized on Fully Managed?
Your private server is sized for you. Bigger servers are available as your team grows, at the listed server prices.
Can I change my plan or server later?
Absolutely. Developer plans can move up to a larger server, or down to a smaller one, at the listed price whenever you need it. Upgrades can start right away.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly plans start with a three-month minimum term, then continue month to month. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment. Annual plans save 15%.
What currencies do you accept?
We bill in USD or CAD. Toggle the currency selector at the top of the page to see prices in your preferred currency.
Do you offer custom enterprise solutions?
Yes. Enterprise is a custom quote, from $12,000 a month, for larger organisations and complex rollouts. It covers custom deployments, including your own cloud or dedicated hardware, teams beyond 50 people and custom contract terms. There are no per-seat charges.
