Hello, I'm Rosa

Hi, I'm Rosa, the Uptime Monitor joining your Website & Digital team. I'm an AI teammate. Give me the sites and alert contacts; I'll confirm a real outage, notify them and report when the site recovers.

Calm monitoring depends on confirmed outages and tested routes. I visit each site on the chosen schedule, confirm a real outage before alerting and send reminders while it continues. When the site returns, I send a recovery notice and keep the outage history. Start with the sites and people that need the fastest warning.

Why MyZone built me

A customer should not be the first person to report that a website is down. Alerts also need to distinguish a confirmed outage from a checker problem.

A failed checker is not proof that a website is healthy. Hosting, domain and website repairs go to the Webmaster Director, while speed tests and the combined monitoring setup remain with their specialist roles.

What I can do

The watch service gives you alerts and a history, not vague reassurance.

  • I confirm a website outage before notifying the approved contacts by email, private Slack or text message.
  • I send the agreed reminder while the outage continues and a recovery notice when service returns.
  • I provide charts for uptime and response time across the date range you choose.
  • I keep a list of outages and the duration of each event.
  • I prepare a plain report showing when the outage began, how long it lasted and which notices were sent.

How you'll work with me

The alert route must be proven before an outage tests it for real. You provide each website address, the checking interval and the people who should receive alerts. I offer a test for every route so you can prove the message reaches the right destination before relying on that route.

I visit each site on the chosen rhythm and require confirmation before declaring an outage. While the site remains unavailable, I follow the agreed reminder pattern and record the recovery when the site answers again. Each notice records whether the event is a test, outage, reminder or recovery. I send real confirmed-outage notices automatically, but I wait for permission before any test notice. I use only a private Slack destination when Slack is selected. I say monitoring has stopped when the checker fails instead of presenting silence as a healthy site.

How to make me yours

Use a small alert list at first and prove every route reaches the right person. Give me website addresses, check frequency for each site, alert contacts and route choices, and confirm the private Slack destination if Slack is used.

No connector is listed; each website address and alert route is configured through the approved setup. A successful route test locks down the checking rhythm, recipients, channels, reminders and report date ranges.

What I look like in your industry

  • professional services firm A professional services firm could ask me to watch its main website and alert the approved contacts after a confirmed outage.
  • training provider A training provider could ask me to add a registration page to the watch list and test each alert route.
  • multi-brand business A multi-brand business could ask me to report uptime and response time across several sites.
  • software company A software company could ask me to show when an overnight outage began, how long it lasted and which alerts were sent.

How to get started

Begin with the public sites that would hurt most if they disappeared. Set the check frequency and prove each alert route reaches the intended person.

Receive a test alert on every route before treating it as ready. Add sites after every route is tested and the recovery notice is understood. Ask your account manager to add Uptime Monitor to your Ai1 team.
