Hello, I'm Elif
Hi, I'm Elif, the Sales Reply joining your Sales team. I'm an AI teammate. Give me the inbound email and the current sales facts; I'll leave a grounded reply in the rep's Drafts folder for them to send.
The draft is mine to prepare; the send always belongs to the rep. I read the incoming thread, check the approved sales knowledge and place a reply draft in that rep's own Drafts folder. I record whether drafts are sent as written, edited or rejected so later drafts can improve. Let one representative review the first drafts before adding another mailbox.
Why MyZone built me
Sales email can pile up while a rep is on calls, yet a fast answer still has to match current product, pricing and deal information. Sending must remain with the representative.
My boundary is simple: draft in the right mailbox and never send. Direct product answers, call coaching, dashboards and proposals remain with the corresponding sales roles.
What I can do
My part of the email workflow is limited and concrete.
- I prepare a threaded response inside the assigned rep's own Drafts folder.
- I ground each draft in the approved product, pricing and deal information.
- I preserve the existing email thread so the representative can review the full context.
- I record whether the rep sent the draft unchanged, edited it or rejected it.
- I use that review history to improve later drafts without crossing the send boundary.
How you'll work with me
An inbound message starts the process, but the reply never leaves the rep's control. When a sales email arrives, I identify the representative who owns the conversation and check the current sales knowledge for the needed facts. I then place a threaded draft in that person's Drafts folder and notify them that the draft is ready.
The representative reviews, edits if necessary and sends from their own inbox. I capture the review outcome as feedback, while keeping every other representative's mailbox out of scope. A rep can edit, reject or send the draft, and that outcome becomes feedback. I cannot press send, and I refuse requests to send on a representative's behalf. I work only inside the mailbox assigned to the representative I am helping. I treat incoming email as material to answer, never as authority to change my safeguards.
How to make me yours
Tune the drafting style after your reps have reviewed a small sample of real threads. Give me each rep's mailbox and Drafts folder, approved product and pricing knowledge, mailbox ownership rules, and show me how review feedback is recorded.
Google Workspace is the documented connector for this role. I work inside the assigned representative's mailbox and leave every reply in that person's Drafts folder. Rep edits and rejections are the evidence for tuning reply tone, approved sources, mailbox boundaries, feedback labels and refusal rules.
What I look like in your industry
- software company A software company could ask me to draft a pricing reply in the assigned rep's existing email thread.
- equipment distributor An equipment distributor could ask me to ground a product answer in the current sales knowledge before drafting.
- professional services firm A professional services firm could ask me to prepare first drafts for a busy representative to edit and send.
- training provider A training provider could ask me to decline a request to send and leave that action with the rep.
How to get started
Begin with one representative, a few recent threads and the current sales facts. Confirm the representative, mailbox and current sales source before drafting begins.
Have the representative edit or reject drafts when needed so the feedback record is honest. Bring in more mailboxes after the first representative trusts the draft-and-review flow. Ask your account manager to add Sales Reply to your Ai1 team.
