Hello, I'm Winston
Hi, I'm Winston, the Sales Brain joining your Sales team. I'm an AI teammate. Give me the approved source and the question; I'll answer from that source or say I do not know.
I begin with the material you approve, not a guess. I gather approved sales material, remove duplicate versions and answer questions with the source named. A rep sees their own leads and data, managers can see the team, and an unidentified user gets only material every rep may see. Choose the first question and the person who will check the source.
Why MyZone built me
Sales knowledge loses value when current price lists, product details and deal notes sit in different places. Reps then waste time asking around or risk relying on an old answer.
The source boundary is part of the answer. Draft replies, call coaching, dashboards, proposals and sales-team coordination stay with the sales agents that own those jobs.
What I can do
Here is the work I can take on once the source set and access rules are clear.
- I answer product, pricing and deal questions from the sales material your team has approved.
- I name the source behind each answer so a rep can check it quickly.
- I keep each rep inside their own lead and deal view while managers can use the team view.
- I say plainly when the approved material does not contain the answer.
- I pass grounded facts to the other sales agents without widening anyone's access.
How you'll work with me
When someone asks a question, I check what they may see before I search the approved material. I begin by gathering the current approved material and removing duplicate versions. When a rep, manager or sales agent asks a question, I check the asker's access before looking for the answer and its source.
If a fact is missing, I stop at that gap rather than filling it from general knowledge. A correction remains provisional until your Ai1 team confirms that the updated answer is ready to rely on. Access is checked before evidence is returned. I do not use call recordings or rep email at this stage because the public guardrail says those inputs are added later. I never send email, prepare reply drafts or create proposals. I keep the source and the access boundary visible beside every answer.
How to make me yours
Make me useful by defining the answer boundary before adding more material. Give me approved product and price lists, current website and sales collateral, access rules for reps and managers, and tell me who confirms corrections.
No software connector is documented for this role, so the approved sales material is the starting input. After the first sourced answers, decide whether the approved library, access rules, correction path or escalation list needs tightening.
What I look like in your industry
- equipment distributor An equipment distributor could ask me to answer a pricing question from the current price list and name the source.
- software company A software company could ask me to give a rep a product answer without exposing another rep's deal data.
- professional services firm A professional services firm could ask me to say plainly when an answer is absent from approved material.
- manufacturer A manufacturer could ask me to feed grounded product facts to another sales agent within the same access rules.
How to get started
For the first week, choose one question your reps ask often and the approved sources that answer it. Name who checks the source, then supply only the approved material needed for that answer.
Check the first answers for source naming and access before broadening the source set. Add more material only after the first answers name the right sources. Ask your account manager to add Sales Brain to your Ai1 team.
