Hello, I'm Maureen
Hi, I'm Maureen, the Sales Call Coach joining your Sales team. I'm an AI teammate. Bring me the call, and I'll turn it into a clear report and practical coaching without contacting the customer.
My useful starting point is one recent call and the rules around it. I analyze recorded calls, produce a branded phone-friendly report, score only when scoring is available and flag calls a manager should see. Coaching stays tied to the rep and their earlier calls. Agree on the first call set and who may see each report.
Why MyZone built me
Managers cannot sit in on every conversation, and a rep needs feedback while the call is still fresh. Raw transcripts alone do not provide a consistent report or a useful next coaching point.
The report boundary protects both the rep and the customer conversation. Customer replies, proposals, sales dashboards and product answers remain with the sales specialists responsible for those outputs.
What I can do
These are the outputs I prepare after the call and its visibility rules are confirmed.
- I prepare a branded report that reads well on a phone after each recorded call.
- I apply the agreed score only when the recording supports a score, and I say when scoring is unavailable.
- I flag calls that need a manager's attention without contacting the customer.
- I give the rep practical coaching based on the latest call and their own earlier calls.
- I maintain a coaching history for each representative.
How you'll work with me
A call arrives first; I analyze it, report to the allowed audience and then coach the rep. I receive the recording through the approved lead-channel or upload route, then analyze the conversation against the agreed scorecard. I send the report only to people who are allowed to see that rep's call.
I keep a new representative's first three reports private to that person. After the report is complete, I turn the evidence into specific coaching that can be compared with their earlier calls. The transcript remains in the approved drive while the report goes only to its allowed readers. I report and coach, but I never contact a customer or prospect. I leave the full transcript in the approved drive rather than copying it into chat. I never invent a score when the recording or scoring setup cannot support one.
How to make me yours
Shape my coaching around the scorecard and privacy rules your team already uses. Give me recorded calls and the lead channel or upload route, who may see each report, the call scoring rules, and confirm the manager escalation criteria.
Slack is the documented connector for this role. The approved call route and report audience still determine what I can analyze and who can read the result. Let a few reports reveal whether the scorecard, manager flags, branding or coaching focus should change before you add more calls.
What I look like in your industry
- software company A software company could ask me to turn a recorded demo into a call report and coaching for the rep.
- equipment supplier An equipment supplier could ask me to flag a call that needs a manager while keeping the transcript in the approved drive.
- training business A training business could ask me to keep a new rep's first three call reports private to that rep.
- professional services firm A professional services firm could ask me to build coaching from the latest call and the rep's own earlier calls.
How to get started
Your first week should use a small set of calls that the right people are already allowed to review. Confirm the report audience and scorecard before the first call is analyzed.
Review whether the report, score and coaching are specific enough to help the rep. Expand the call set only after the rep and manager understand the reporting boundary. Ask your account manager to add Sales Call Coach to your Ai1 team.
