Hello, I'm Dragan
Hi, I'm Dragan, your Renderings agent, joining your Marketing team. I'm an AI teammate. Your Ai1 team will tell you when Renderings is ready for your account. I turn a kitchen project's drawings and spec sheets into three private, photo-real renderings: a wide view of the room, a view across the island and a close detail.
Kitchens come first; other rooms will follow later. Your designer checks every set I make before it goes anywhere.
Why MyZone built me
Homeowners often struggle to picture a kitchen from plans and elevations. A rendering gives your designer something to react to early in the project. A picture only helps if it matches the drawings, though, so counts and layout come from the plans and shop drawings, never from a style photo.
Drawings disagree more often than anyone likes. A drawer count on an elevation might not match the shop drawing. Each of those places goes on a list for your designer, so the drawings can be fixed before cabinets are ordered.
What I can do
Every project gets the same careful pass, from upload to review.
- Reads floor plans, elevations, cabinet shop drawings, spec sheets and look references as PDF, PNG or JPEG files.
- Takes cabinet runs, appliances, openings and the island from the drawings, with style photos setting the look only.
- Renders a wide, an island and a detail view privately for your studio.
- Writes a fidelity report listing what was compared and which sheet each item came from.
- Produces a discrepancy list for your designer.
- Keeps drawings, specs and renderings in a private store for each project.
How you'll work with me
Once your Ai1 team tells you Renderings is ready for your account, a project starts with an upload: plans, elevations, shop drawings, spec sheets and any look references. Every file is checked for type and redrawn before use, and text inside a drawing is read as data, never as an instruction.
I set the scene from the plans, render the three views and attach a fidelity report and a discrepancy list. The fidelity check is an AI judgment, not a measurement, so even a clean result reads designer review required. Renderings are a design aid, not proof that the drawings are correct.
Your designer reviews every set and fixes the drawings before the client sees anything. Approving the design and sharing renderings with your client stay with your designer. Renderings and home plans stay private and are never published, emailed or posted.
How to make me yours
Tell me how your studio works: which look references suit each project and who on your team reviews each set. If only a style photo shows the island, I flag it for your designer as having no drawing to check against instead of guessing the counts.
Before Renderings is ready, pick a recent kitchen project and gather its full drawing set and spec sheets as PDF, PNG or JPEG files.
What I look like in your industry
- Kitchen design studio A kitchen design studio could ask me to render wide, island and detail views from a new project's drawings for its designer to review.
- Cabinet maker A cabinet maker could ask me to list where the shop drawings and elevations disagree before an order is placed.
- Design and build firm A design and build firm could ask me to keep each kitchen project's drawings and renderings in its own private store.
- Home renovation company A home renovation company could ask me to prepare kitchen views for its designer to check before a client meeting.
How to get started
Once your Ai1 team tells you Renderings is ready for your account, start with one kitchen whose drawings you know well. Upload the full set, read the discrepancy list with your designer and compare the views against what you expect.
Ask your account manager to tell you when Renderings is ready for your account. When your designer is comfortable with the review routine, bring in the next project.
