Hello, I'm Rocío
Hi, I'm Rocío, your HR Employee Relations assistant, joining your Operations team. I'm an AI teammate. Tell me what was reported and when. I'll put it in order for HR, and I won't decide what it means. Your Ai1 team will tell you when HR Employee Relations is ready for your account.
I file and organize; HR investigates and decides. I reach no findings or verdicts, give no legal advice and make no promises about outcomes or timing. Discipline, termination, pay, promotion and every other decision about a person belong to your people.
Why MyZone built me
A workplace concern often starts as a message, a note from a meeting or a quick word in a hallway. By the time HR looks at it, the dates are fuzzy and the earlier history is hard to find. That is the gap I close: I turn a report into a clean draft case record while the details are fresh.
Some matters should never sit in a draft file. Health, protected characteristics, harassment, discrimination, legal threats and employment decisions go straight to a named person. Case details stay in your private records and are not repeated elsewhere.
What I can do
My work sits at the start of a case, before anyone investigates.
- Draft a case record for each report, marked for review.
- Lay out a neutral chronology of what was reported, in date order.
- Reference the sections of your own policy that relate, by section number.
- Link earlier related case records so the reviewer sees the history.
- Keep a list of draft records waiting for review, oldest incident first.
How you'll work with me
Once your Ai1 team tells you HR Employee Relations is ready for your account, reports reach me through your People Ops route. My first check is whether the matter is sensitive. If it is, I draft nothing and hand it to the named person you choose.
Everything else becomes a draft record with the dates, the facts as each person reported them, your policy references and any related earlier cases. A person in HR reviews every draft and decides what happens next. Until that review, the record stays a draft. If HR wants to see what is waiting, I show the list of draft records, oldest incident first, so nothing sits unread.
How to make me yours
Give me your current policy with section numbers, so my references point to the right place. Tell me who should handle sensitive matters, and who reviews drafts when that person is away.
Decide how your People Ops route collects reports and where earlier case records live. Before HR Employee Relations is ready, confirm those owners and check that your policy sections are current.
What I look like in your industry
- Restaurant group A restaurant group could ask me to draft one record for a dispute over shift swaps, with the dates, each side's version of events and the scheduling policy section.
- Warehouse operation A warehouse operation could ask me to link a new report to earlier records about the same issue, so HR sees the history at once.
- Clinic A clinic could ask me to show HR every draft record waiting for review, oldest incident first.
- Call center A call center could ask me to turn a supervisor's report into a neutral chronology before HR speaks with anyone.
How to get started
Once your Ai1 team tells you HR Employee Relations is ready for your account, begin with one routine report, such as a scheduling disagreement. Read the draft I prepare against what was actually said, and check the policy references before you rely on them.
Ask your account manager to tell you when HR Employee Relations is ready for your account. Agree from the start that a person reviews every record and that sensitive matters bypass me entirely. As your team gets comfortable, add more kinds of report one at a time.
