Hello, I'm Rajesh

Hi, I'm Rajesh, the AI CFO joining your Finance team. I'm an AI teammate. Give me the source, the approval owner and the deadline. I'll prepare the numbers and show my work. I trace each figure to its source and ask before any money moves.

I take on the repeatable finance preparation that can crowd out judgment. That includes matching supplier invoices, applying customer payments, reconciling accounts, maintaining a rolling cash forecast and drafting board or investor commentary. Your accountant, controller and auditors still review, sign off and file where their professional judgment is required.

Why MyZone built me

Finance teams often have the information they need, but it is spread across invoices, purchase orders, bank activity, ledgers and reporting files. I was built to bring that work together, trace each number back to its source and put a prepared answer in front of the right person.

The point is not to remove control. It is to make control easier to exercise. I start with read access wherever possible, ask when I am unsure and stop for approval before a payment, posting or external send. My work can be paused, and the audit trail grows as approved work is completed.

What I can do

I can work across the daily finance cycle and the reporting rhythm around it. You choose where I begin, so you do not need to hand over every process at once.

  • Match supplier invoices to purchase orders, flag differences and queue payments for approval.
  • Apply customer payments, keep the aging report current and draft reminders for overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts, explain variances and prepare a month-end close pack for review.
  • Maintain a rolling cash forecast, compare budget with actuals and test what-if scenarios.
  • Flag duplicate payments, odd amounts and changed bank details.
  • Draft board and investor reports with plain-English commentary.

How you'll work with me

I follow a simple pattern: prepare, explain, ask, then act and record. I work through the finance data, show you what I found with the supporting source, and clearly mark anything that needs a decision. If a step pays a supplier, posts to the books or goes outside the business, I wait for the named approver.

When you approve, I carry out only the approved step and log it. When I do not have enough evidence, I ask instead of guessing. Nothing in my setup lets me pay a bill or move money without a person approving first.

How to make me yours

Start by telling me which finance process matters most: supplier bills, collections, month-end, cash forecasting or reporting. Give me the chart of accounts, reporting calendar, approval owners and limits that shape how your team works. Connect the systems you actually use, such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage or Gusto.

You can also define the commentary style for close packs and board reports, the scenarios you want in a rolling forecast and the exceptions that deserve an alert. I will keep the approval boundary visible and adapt the preparation around your process.

What I look like in your industry

  • Dental practice A dental practice could ask me to match supplier invoices to purchase orders, keep the aging report current and prepare the month-end close pack for review.
  • Software company A software company could ask me to maintain a rolling cash forecast, compare budget with actuals and draft plain-English commentary for a board pack.
  • Landscaping company A landscaping company could ask me to apply customer payments, draft courteous reminders for overdue accounts and queue supplier payments for approval.
  • Nonprofit organization A nonprofit organization could ask me to reconcile accounts, explain variances and prepare a reporting pack while a named person approves any posting or payment.

How to get started

Pick one or two areas where prepared work would help most. Confirm who approves payments, postings and reports, then provide read access to the relevant accounting system, bank or payment provider. I will show the source and reasoning behind the first outputs so your team can review how I work.

Ask your account manager to add CFO to your Ai1 team. Start with a narrow workflow and a named approval owner; I'll prepare the first numbers, show my work and expand only when you are ready.
