SOP Agent
Agent. Writes, reviews and versions your procedures.
The procedure write-up is a skill in Ai1, the AI agent platform by MyZone AI. The SOP Agent runs it when you need a new standard operating procedure: it writes the steps, the checks and what to do when things go wrong, and files it in your procedure library as a draft. Nothing is in use until you approve it.
Know-how written down
What lives in one experienced person's head becomes steps anyone trained can follow.
The awkward cases covered
Exceptions get an action, an owner and a deadline.
One place to find it
Each procedure is filed in your library, versioned with who changed it.
At a glance
| Writes | Purpose, scope, roles, numbered steps and checks |
|---|---|
| Covers | Exceptions, who decides and how to escalate |
| Files it | In your procedure library, always as a draft |
| Versions | Every edit, with who made it |
| Run by | The SOP Agent |
| Never | Edits a procedure you have not asked it to change |
When a process lives in one person's head, results depend on who is on shift, and a change of rules means retraining by word of mouth. A written procedure with clear checks gives everyone the same answer. The write-up gives you a full draft to approve, not a blank template.
How this differs from the SOP Agent as a whole: the agent also answers procedure questions and turns any SOP into a training guide; this skill writes and files new ones.
How it works
Four steps. It confirms the plan before writing anything into your library.

Say what changes, who does what and what goes wrong today.
It checks the scope and structure with you first.
The full procedure is written and filed in your library, versioned.
You review the draft. It is used only once you sign it off.
Example procedure
Example with a fictional business. Names and figures are invented to show the kind of output you get.
What it was asked: We switch to an inspect-first returns process on 1 November; write the SOP my floor team will actually follow, with the checks and what to do when things go wrong.
| Refunds | After grading. Refunds were released at the dock scan; in August that paid out on 58 returns later found wrong. |
|---|---|
| Grading | Four grades, A to D. Written criteria replace one inspector's judgement, so any trained team member decides the same way. |
| Hazards | Quarantine bay. Fuel-powered tools and damaged batteries go straight to a marked bay, never to a shelf. |

Common questions
No. Every new procedure is filed in your library as a draft. Your team uses it only after you approve it.
Purpose, scope and roles, numbered steps with a check for each, what to do when things go wrong, who decides and how to escalate.
Only when you ask. It confirms the plan first, and every edit is versioned with who made it.
Describe one process your team struggles with and we will show you the draft.
