Plus the launch of the Ai1 Portal
Forget the headlines. Spend one live morning on what the evidence actually says about AI right now, what it means for a business your size, and what to do about it on Monday. Then we launch the Ai1 Portal in the room, in front of you. Food and coffee on us.

What's included with your ticket
Everyone’s using AI.Almost nobody’s running on it.
You've read a hundred AI headlines this year. Most of them were selling you something. Here's what's actually true. Nearly nine in ten companies now use AI somewhere in the business. Fewer than one in ten have got it running at scale in even a single department. That gap is the whole story of 2026, and it isn't about tools. Everybody has the same tools. It's about which companies turned AI into work that actually gets done, and right now the big firms are pulling away from the small ones at three times the rate.
That's what this morning is for. You'll get the real picture, work out which parts of your own business to hand over first, and watch the platform we built to do it go live.
So what are you going to do about it?
Four things you walk out with at 11:00am
Clarity on what's real
Which AI claims hold up, which ones are noise, and where your industry actually sits going into Q4.
Your own shortlist
The three jobs in your business worth handing to AI first, written down and pressure tested by other owners at your table.
The room
Founders and CEOs running companies like yours, all working on the same problem. The conversations here are worth the morning on their own.
A look at what's possible
The Ai1 Portal going live, demonstrated against the shortlist you just wrote.
The talk, then we make it about your business
The talk
Where AI genuinely stands going into Q4 2026. Not vendor demos and not predictions, just what the evidence supports.
Built for people who sign off on budgets, not people who write code. You'll leave knowing which claims hold up and which ones are noise.
The working session
Then we turn all of it on your company. You'll sit at a table of four and name the three jobs eating the most hours in your business.
Four brains on your problem, including three owners with no reason to be polite about it. That's a conversation most people pay a consultant for.
Who's running the room
Mike Schwarz
CEO, MyZone AI
Mike designed the internal pipeline framework that powers MyZone's entire agent suite. He's spent the last three years pioneering the modular skill-recipe methodology, a system built out of necessity, tested across hundreds of production automations, and refined through 40+ workshops with thousands of attendees.
Come celebrate the launch of the Ai1 Portal with us
You're probably wondering what that is. Here's the short version.
Ai1 is a managed AI agent platform built for business leaders. Not a chatbot. Not a single tool. A coordinated team of AI agents that automates your operations. It handles your emails, messages, tasks and entire workflows, and you take action from anywhere, your desk, your phone, or the road. It covers seven areas of the business:
Your AI team works 24/7, which hands most owners back 10+ hours a week for the strategic decisions, client relationships and creative work only they can do.
On October 6 it goes live, in the room, in front of you.

Worth your morning, or not
Come if
- You own or run a business between roughly 10 and 200 people
- Your team uses AI tools and you can't point to a single hour they gave back
- Too much of your business runs on someone's memory instead of a system
- You want to spend a morning with other owners solving the same problem
Skip it if
- You want a hands-on prompt engineering class. This isn't that.
- You want a beginner's intro to AI. We assume you already use it.
- You can only stay until 9:30. The talk is the setup. The value comes after.

FAQs
What's this event about?
It's an AI workshop for entrepreneurs, CEOs and business leaders. You'll get a live presentation on the state of AI going into Q4 2026, a working session on your own business, the launch of the Ai1 Portal, and a room full of people worth meeting. Your ticket covers food, non-alcoholic drinks, the presentation, networking and admission.
What's the Ai1 Portal?
It's MyZone AI's operations platform. A coordinated team of AI agents that runs your emails, messages, tasks and workflows across communication, strategy, marketing, sales, web, operations and creative, under one login. October 6 is the day it goes live.
Can I stay at the restaurant after 11am?
Yes. Bow & Stern reopens for regular service at 11:00 and you're welcome to stay on, keep talking and order lunch if you'd like.
Do I need to know anything about AI already?
If you or your team have used ChatGPT or anything like it, you're in the right room. It's built for business owners, not engineers, and every technical term gets explained in plain terms or it doesn't get used.
Can I bring my leadership team?
Yes, and you should. Register each person separately so our headcount is right. Teams that come together get more out of the working session, because they can argue about the same processes.
Do I need to bring anything?
Something to write with, and the three jobs in your business that annoy you most. That's the raw material for the working session.
